what is ruum?
ruum is a hackerspace and community hub in tallinn, giving the next wave of exceptional builders a free place to work on technically unsolved problems. ruum summer residency is six weeks in tallinn: ambitious young builders, experienced operators, and domain experts all under one roof. no equity, no fees. just build and ship. the most committed teams going full-time will be invited to continue building from ruum beyond the summer.
